Of all the facets that combine to make a wedding unforgettably wonderful, it's the "where" that often plays the most important role. With this in mind, we at Butterfly Gap have set out to ensure that our venues for special events are the most scenic, enchanting and unique you'll find. Our newest building, the pavilion, makes year-round weddings at Butterfly Gap Retreat a more convenient possibility.
Whether you're planning an elaborate event or an intimate gathering, the options for your ceremony and/or reception are almost endless. Depending on the number of guests (and the season), you'll have your choice of indoor and outdoor settings, all of which feature gorgeous mountain vistas. Plan your event in our open and elegant studio, designed to accommodate up to 250 people, or our new pavilion designed for a wedding with up to 175 guests.
In addition to our event spaces, we also offer a variety of extras and services. (In most cases, no additional charges apply. For any service requiring fees, amounts will be presented for your approval prior to confirmation.)
